leadership from completing this field experience4 I learned =ays to coach a colla/orating

Thro+gh the readings, I disco"ered strategies and s+ggestions or +tiliAing the partnership
philosophy in order to eecti"ely coach# Thro+gh the i%ple%entation o /oth ield e8periences, I
learned that it is i%portant to create a needs assess%ent s+r"ey in order to %eet the needs o yo+r
learners# I also learned that technology is +npredicta/le and it is "ital to practice i%ple%entation
