What are
some of the policies and procedures that it uses to enhance the firm's human
and social capital?
I wouldnt label University Of Texas- Arlington as a company but I did saw some policies and procedures
in which they enhanced both the Human and social capital.
Human Capital- UTA recently made a new policy in where if you graduate in 4 years and tuition fees
increase during that period, you can get up to a 1000-2000 dollars back as a reward for graduating on
time.

Social Capital: UTA is trying to expand its campus and increase it social networking by opening new
public places. More though is that they are investing in students by giving them degrees in education.
