Subject: Recommendation of Trisha Wisniewski

It is with high standards that I write this recommendation letter for Trisha Wisniewski. I
have known Trisha for the entirety of her life and have seen her grow with great strength
and integrity. Trisha is very responsible, trustworthy, yet balances it with full spirit and
compassion. Trisha has been a caregiver for my children for several years now. Trishas
strengths are that of outstanding judgment. She is competent and reliable in carrying out
all of her responsibilities. My children enjoy their time with her and yet have developed
an extreme respect for her. She provides children with strong ethics and teaches them
compassion on a daily basis. Without hesitation, Trisha has the ability and interpersonal
skills to adapt and react to real life situations. She has the attributes to be both a leader
and a team player. She presents herself well and can offer guidance and assistance at
appropriate times without appearing aggressive or obtrusive. Trisha is responsible and
manages her time well. As a Director of a rehabilitation department, it is my opinion that
she would be an asset to any employer.
