Cost of capital

basic concepts. Cost of debenture capital, cost of preferential
capital, cost of term loans, cost of equity capital
(Dividenddiscounting and CAPM model ). Cost of retained
earnings. Determination of Weighted average cost
of capital (WACC) and Marginal cost of capital.
