I G.Sumalatha, Senior Assistant District Industries Centre, Nalgonda, Presently
working as Senior Assistant, District Industries Centre, Medak on drafting basis. It is
respectfully submitted that my husband is working as Engineer in BHEL, Hyderabad. I
belong to Scheduled Tribe and my old age parents and in laws are staying with us and I have
whole responsibility to look after them.

Sir further I convey my sincere thanks for giving me the opportunity to work as
Senior Assistant on drafting basis for one year at District Industries Centre, Sangareddy,
which going to complete by first week of July 2014.

Hence I request the respected sir to kindly extend the drafting to work at District
Industries Centre Sangareddy (Medak) for one more year on humanitarian grounds and
spouse case kindly do the needful sir.
