Been actively involved in Junior

Chamber for the last 21 years starting from a Junior Jaycee. Over the period of years, has
held various positions at the Chapter, Zone and National level. Was adjudged as the
Outstanding Junior Jaycee of the Zone in 1995 and Outstanding Jaycee of the Zone in 1998.
Was the President of JCI Ponda, Goa in 2006 and was adjudged as the outstanding Chapter
President of the Zone. Rose to the position of Zone President of JCI India, Zone XI in 2009.
In 2010 and 2011 he was appointed as National Coordinator and was adjudged as the
Outstanding National Coordinator in 2010. This year he holds the portfolio of National
Director Management of JCI India

Apart from attending numerous National Conventions, he has attended 3 Asian Conferences
at Thailand, Japan & Singapore. Has attended 2 World Conferences One at Turkey and one
in Delhi. He represented JCI India as Chief Delegate at the JCI European Conference at
Germany in 2012.

By Profession, he leads the Human Resources Division of a 5 star Deluxe Beach Resort in
Goa having over 400 employees.

His interests includes Reading Travelogues, Networking with people across the globe and
collecting Jaycee Pins from Outside India and has a collection of about 1500 International
Jaycee Pins - probably the highest collection in India.

Married to Dr. Jayshree, Introducing before you, the Chairman of KUMAR South Senator
Nitish Raj Victor.
