Termination of an employee
Dear Ms. Rivera
It has come to my attention that several complaints from different employees within our
company about how it has been directed to them. Furthermore I have received several complaints
from customers due to you don't give service the right way. As Assistant Manager you have the
responsibility to oversee our employees of the best possible way. Our employees and customers
are the most important thing in our company. For that reason his appointment terminated as
Assistant Manager which will be effective on May 15, 2014. If you require any further
