- 2' High - 6" Block Wall (343 LF) @ All Around of Building for Plant Box.
- 3' High - 6" Block Wall (130 LF) @ Between Balcony & Outside, Outside plant Box.
* Install Catch Basin.
- Catch Basin Only (Not Included Basin Grate & Flogard) (2 EA).
* Construction of Concrete Step.
* Construction of 4" Thick Concrete Walkway (989 SF).

** All engineering fee and permit is Not included in this contract.

We propose hereby to fumish material and labor to complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of:
Forty Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($40,500.00)

Payment to be made as follows: Progress Payment

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or
deviation from above specificdions involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an exfra charge over and
above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tomado and other
necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Worker's compensation insurance. In case of dispute between the parties as to the
inlerprotation ofthis agreement of its performance, either party may demand that the dispute be submitted to binding arbitration. The demand shall
be made in writing within thirty(3O) days of said dispute and will be conducted under the rule of the American Arbitration Association.
