AT&T Announces $4,000 Innovation Award to Support
Family Service of Racines Counseling Services

AT&T Donation Helps Agency in its Mission to Enhance Individuals & Families

RACINE, Monday, June 30, 2014 AT&T announced today a $4,000 AT&T Innovation & Investment Award to
support Family Service of Racine (FSR) and its mission to enhance individuals and families.

The AT&T donation will help support the agencys Counseling and Psychotherapy services to residents of
southeastern Wisconsin and its mission to never turn a client away due to the inability to pay for services.

The need for mental health services is greater than ever, given the various facets of stress families of all shapes
and sizes are facing, said Chip Wood, Executive Director of Family Service of Racine. This funding from AT&T
will help us continue to provide these services to enhance mental wellness and meet the needs of our clients.

FSR provides counseling and psychotherapy services to local residents on a variety of issues, including
depression, family conflict, parenting strategies, returning veterans, workplace stress and empowerment. Clients
are able to create a plan to address their identified issue, implement that plan, and find enough success to
continue utilizing the skills and tools learned from their sessions within four appointments on average, according
to FSR.

Family Service of Racine is providing critical services to help individuals and families in the Racine area face
crises and challenges and enhance their lives, said State Rep. Cory Mason. It is great to see companies like
AT&T supporting local efforts to enrich our communities.

The AT&T Wisconsin Innovation & Investment Award program provides funding to organizations and programs
that improve the community by advancing education, enhancing the environment, promoting economic
development, or delivering other community services.
