Partnership Agreement (MOA) wilh ICE under the Section 287(g) Program.

I would like more information on how our Department should proceed. We have
been working close ly with your branch office in Redding, California, for many
years. Due to the distance between our office and Redding, we feel it wou ld be
more efficient for both of our departments to have personnel with advanced training
in our jail. This wou ld facilitate a more timely placement for Noti ce of Detainers
and removals.
