Unit Summary
This Project is about giving support to students in Grammar, its important that our students
develop the best English skills they can get, we must teach them differences between formal
English and informal English in order to avoid mistakes and get the language skills they will
need to acquire second language acquisition.

Summary of the Evaluations
Before starting the Project the students will respond a survey that will help me know how much
my students know about the topic in order to find out areas of attention during the explanation
of the class. Next, students are going to be evaluated by a checklist to see if they follow
instructions during the development of the activity in order to reinforce them and finally, their
project is going to be evaluated by a rubric that will contain all the parameters that students must
achieve to get an excellent grade.

Previous Skills
Firstly, students must know about his/her language. Second, they must recognize mistakes made
by native speakers in their own language. Third, they must have a background in simple present
tense and finally, they must be ready to share experiences.

2) - Application of a survey to know how much they know about bad expressions used in their
own language.

3) - Confection of a list about incorrect expressions used in the English Language.
4)- Classification of correct and incorrect expressions (Smart Board Practice)

5). Elaboration of a toondoo using correct and incorrect expressions.

Plan of Action
Students are going to develop a toondoo but before starting creating his toondoo. What they
have to do is:
1. Search the website(www.toondoo.com)
2. Sign in with a gmail or email account.
3. Start working individually his/her own toondoo
4. Show their classmates their toondoo.
5. Explain their classmates their toondoo.




Student with
special needs
For those students who present some difficulties to develop the activities, I
have set a plan:

Students with listening difficulties will do the activities in a written
way and they will watch some videos with images and text to
understand what they have to do.

Students with reading difficulties, most of the activities will be oral
and they will have a special support by the teacher.

Students with writing problems will do the activities orally.

Although I dont have foreigners in my classroom, I have set a plan just to
give an example of how I would do it.

The information is going to be given in an oral way.
The instructions will be clear and direct.
They will use more speaking than writing skill.
They will perform their Toondoo in their native language.
Their parents must support me with the activities at home and if
possible in the classroom.

Outstanding
Student
For successful students the activities will be a little bit more complex.

They will translate the expressions into Spanish.
They will rewrite the sentences in the correct form.
They will explain the features of Toondoo and what was the most
valuable they found in this application.
