Raphael: Bayarmagnai, I suggest you to save the software on the desktop,then right
click on the software and select Compatibility mode to Xp and try to install it.
Raphael: Please restart the Notebook after the installation
Bayarmagnai o: last year my brother give me this laptop from U.S

Raphael: Please try the steps which I have suggested .IF it did not work then
check for any other software which is compatible with Vista then install the same
to fix this issue

right click on the software and select Compatibility mode to Xp and try to install
it.
