uLC meeLlng should begln wlLh sLaff checklng ln on compleLlon of Lasks from Lhe prevlous meeLlng.

The purpose of documenting individuals PDPs and the ongoing activities of the PDPLC is to ensure effectiveness of the
process and enable collaboration with other teams in the school. The documentation of the PDPLCs work also enables
school and district leaders to remain apprised of the teams work to increase student achievement and provide any
needed resources or supporLs.
