Subject: Sanction for making payment of Rs.

93,610/- to M/s Gurkirpa Industries, Mohali for purchase of

Groundnut Grader.
An order was placed with M/s Gurkirpa Industries, Mohali wide number 1371-73 dated 12.03.2014 for
purchase of Groundnut Grader for self help group Maharaja Ranjit Singh Agri Producer Company,
Hoshiarpur. The above firm supplied performa invoice dated 15.05.2014 for Rs. 93,610/- (Ninety Three
Thousand Six Hundred Ten only) asking for advance payment of Rs. 22,068/- (Twenty Two Thousand
Sixty Eight only) as per the terms and conditions of the above firm approved by the RGR Cell.

An advance payment of Rs. 22,068/- (Twenty Two Thousand Sixty Eight only) was made to the firm wide
cheque number 0071 dated . The above firm wide letter dated 19.06.2014 has intimated that the
groundnut grader is ready for delivery and asked for the balance payment of Rs. 71,542/- (Seventy One
Thousand Five Hundred Forty Two Only). The payment is to be made out of the project Promoting
Agricultural Diversification by improving Market Access through Cluster Development Approach (Line
Item 2.1- Equipments for groundnut groups (Decorticater, Roaster, Grader, Packing Machine, Digger
etc. and the cheque be issued in favour of Gurkirpa Industries.
