She is the daughter of Nga Tinttaw, the blacksmith of Tagoung City.

When her brother was being executed in the flames of huge fire, She requested to go the her brother and pay respect( say goodbye) When she reached the fire, she acted like she was actually palying homage to her brother and then jumped into the fie. The guards try to pull her out and the only thing they could save was her head. She died exactly at the place where her brother was killed. The guards reported the king and buried her. She became a Nat, and lived at the same Sakar Tree with her brother. Too many people being possessed too often at the Sakar tree. At last, the tree was dug out and threw into the river. The river carried the tree to Kingdom of Bagan at Thavanrankar harbour. The Nat brother and sister talked to the King Thaelaekyaun of Bagan. The King curved their statues, built shrines at Mount Poppa and allowed the two Nats to live in his country. On propitiating occasion of this Nat, the divine costumes for the medium to put on are the gem embroidered Htabi ( Longyi for women) with gold embellished hems, royal Thoyin blouse( ceremonial robe worn by Burmese palace dignitaries), a piece of White Tabet Kaungtin (a white shawl to put on the head)with Kundaung (ornamental utensil for carrying a betel box) at the left hand with a goblet at the right hand. First, raise the Kundaung and the goblet for 3 times and then put them away before singing the invocation chants to the Nat starts. later on is to come the dance with Thapyay flower being held at each hand. Nat than (the song recounting the story of the previous existence of a nat) The shawl made of superior gold... the milky blouse and gem embroidered Longyi with gilt hems
