Management. Achieved a profit in partnered theme meal to 100 independent-living
facility residents that included menu development, procurement, production, marketing,
and staff oversight. Demonstrated entry-level skills in SWOT analysis, physical inventory
management, and in-house inspections.
Clinical. Attained entry-level skills in acute and long-term care clinical assessment,
diagnosis and counseling utilizing the Nutrition Care Process, and in Electronic Health
Records (VISTA, CPRS, MDS) documentation.
Technology and Computer Skills. Demonstrated technology proficiency in social media
(via professional blogs, podcast, and twitter), online scheduling, online evaluations, and

presentation to an elderly SNAP-Ed low-literacy audience, developed/ presented client-

themed meal video targeting independent-living seniors.
