Trade-off ( Ranking table)
Relevance of PrOACT+

The PrOACT framework gives us a matrix view of the objectives, and how different
alternatives measure up to those individual objectives.
It consists of:
Problem- Select the right decision problem which helps in good decision making
Objectives- They form the basis of evaluating alternatives
Alternatives- Reflect well on choosing alternatives
Consequences - Proper evaluation of alternatives and understanding impacts of each
Tradeoffs- Weighing comparative benefits of each consequence and selecting the best
possible tradeoff
PrOACT should be used in this situation, as we get a rough idea of what alternative can
be chosen by just looking at the ranking table. This aids in decision making.
