Find out which all AS are applicable to a HFC regulated by RBI;

b. divide these amongst your self - you may take one each or two of pool to take one
each - in both cases each one of you will have to work at 2 or 3 or 4 nos of AS as the
case may be;

c. start working on it and prepare slides as per earlier brief;

d. hope there is a time line to it and work as per it.

e. once done give each other for review and challenge this way all of you will have a
chance to review each others work and gain knowledge as well.

f. once modified post review in point e - send all the ppt to me for review or send me
one by one that has been reviewed and modified.
1. Conduct Secondary Research on & Summarize the essence of accounting standards
with respect to the various Accounting Standards & Regulations that are applicable to
NBFC - Housing Finance Companies. Refer to website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs,
to enlist the Mandatory Accounting Standards.

2.Find all data & content relevant to the "Cherry Picking" concept.

3. Prepare a PowerPoint Presentation on 'Synopsis of Accounting Standards, with
respect to AS applicable to NBFC - Housing Finance Companies'. The PPT should have
at least 10 slides covering all the research information.

4. Students be asked to work on different regulations which will be assigned by the
Mentor at the start of the project.
