interacted and &hat topics the+ &ere interested in) ( had also tal'ed to

&hat the topic &as and this served as advertisement)

responsibilities at the be%innin%! &hich made the process eas+)
2ur food activit+ revolved around mindful eatin% as a &a+ of
relievin% stress and 1ndin% a &a+ to ma'e food more soothin%) /e
brou%ht an herbal tea &ith lavender and chamomile! and chec'ed in
advance to ma'e sure it did not have an+ in%redients &hich could
a3ect people0s blood su%ar in it) 2nce the participants had the tea! &e
made them inhale the scent and ta'e a sip slo&l+) This &as done b+
both of us) /e presented in a &a+ in &hich &e both participated in
each other0s se%ments &hen &e felt li'e &e had somethin% to add and

/ith this presentation! ( believe that for the most part ( &as a Laisse<=

Laura &as motivated and self=e>cient so ( did not feel li'e ( had to be

spend a small amount of mone+ on our food samplin% because all &e
used &as tea and the hospital provided hot &ater and cups for us) (f
there &as one thin% that ( &ould chan%e or at least plan better &ould
be the &a+ in &hich &e &ould &ant to present because it is such a
casual %roup) .or the most part! the %roup revolves around a
discussion so a presentation does not leave the participants much time
