General Position:
Sit in easy pose with a straight spine.
Hands:
With the palms facing downward, inter-
lace the fingers (right Jupiter, index,
first; left Mercury, pinky, last).
Point the fingers downward and press
the finger pads together, keeping the
fingers as straight as possible. The
thumbtips meet and press together.
Arms:
Bring the mudra to shoulder level,
keeping the arms parallel to the
ground.

Legs:
Sit in an easy cross-legged position.
If using a chair, be sure both feet
are on the ground with the weight
evenly distributed between them.
Breath:
Use a conscious breath with a normal
rhythm, allowing it to regulate itself
as the mantra is chanted.

Eyes:
The eyes look at the tip of the nose.
Mantra is:

HARI HARI HARI HARI HARI HARI RAM
SAT SAT SAT SAT SAT SAT NAM.
Chant the mantra rhythmically in a monotone.
Locks or other conditions:
A lock is formed by the fingers pressing against the finger pads.
Mental Focus:
The quickness of the breath is controlled consciously, it becomes
slower and slower consciously. while creating the rhythm.

Comments:
There was a long question and answer session after this meditation
was taught. The Siri Singh Sahib said that he was given this
meditation on his fifth birthday, that he mastered it and that he
practices it even yet..."comfortable cars are ridden many times."
"It's [the meditation] a heavy stuff."
