Aneel postpones deadline to discuss the proposal to adjust the Parnaba II Power Purchase

Agreements


Rio de Janeiro, July 18, 2014 ENEVA S.A. (ENEVA or Company) (BM&FBOVESPA: ENEV3, GDR I:
ENEVY), continuing the Notice to the Market dated June 18, 2014 , informs its shareholders and the market
in general that Aneel Brazils National Electric Energy Agency postponed the deadline to August 18, 2014
to continue discussions with the Company regarding the proposal to adjust the obligations of power supply
by Parnaba II CCGT ("Parnaba II" or "Plant"). The payments of penalties related to delays in the beginning
of commercial operations of Parnaba II remain suspended until the referred date.

The terms of the proposal are still being negotiated and the Company expects to reach, until the end of the
new term, a balanced solution, preserving the projects economic feasibility and the fulfillment of an
important power supply contract to the Brazilian consumer.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed on the developments related to this
matter.
