1.0 All focus group
participants will attend at
least 75% of professional
development activities
provided by this project.
1.1 Create professional
development lessons on
special needs learners.
1.2 Present professional
development seminar for
focus group participants.
1.3 PD participants
implement principles from
professional development
lessons.
2.0 100% of IEPs created
for students in the focus
group will include input
and recommendations
from CTE teachers
dependent on student
career goals.
2.1 Update IEP input
form to include input from
CTE teacher.
2.2 Participants complete
IEP input forms for each
student in their class.
3.0 100% focus group of
CTE teachers at Delphi
High School will provide
appropriate learner
accommodations for
special needs learners in
the program.
3.1 Attend Special Needs
Learner LDP workshop at
Purdue Univeristy in April
2015.
3.2 Assist in the
implementation of
instructional srategies
learned from LDP
workshop.
3.3 Create post-
implementation survey to
determine knowledge
gained.
3.4 Disseminate survey
and review results to
determine knowledge
gained.
4.0 All CTE teachers in
the focus group will be
aware of and able to
interact with special
education services for
students.
4.1 Create mini
interagency agreement
that outlines position and
CTE and SPED
departmental
responsibilities.
4.2 Survey teachers to
determine participants
needs in order to meet
interagency agreement
requirements.

5.0 Increase enrolment
10% in CTE programs
offering dual credit or
certification.
5.1 Pathway information
will be made available to
special education
teachers for use at IEP
case conferences.
5.2 Provide training to
special education
teachers on pathways
and course offerings
available to students.
