Please forward this email and attachment to each Selectman. It contains a

clarification of this agenda item as well as several discussion points I feel
I'm entitled answers to. These discussion points are accessibility,
communication, accountability, and openness as they relate to the failure of
this issue to come before the board 6 weeks ago as well as how the Board
conducts Town business in general. To avoid any confusion, the specific points
and underlying questions are these:

Accessibility - Do you agree that all citizen initiated correspondence directed

to the Board should come before the Board and have due process. If not, why
not?

Communication - Do you agree that the Board should be the sole author of any
response to issues a citizen presents to them, or at least review any response
issued by proxy. If not, why not? Also, do you agree ignoring citizen issues
and complaints, even unknowingly, is an act of bad faith. If not, why not?

Accountability - Do you agree that when problems are discovered or errors made,
even without malice, the error or problem should be recognized, the underlying
issues addressed and corrective action taken? If not, why not?

Openness - Does the Board have a policy in place that encourages citizen
involvement and advocacy? If not, why not? How does the Board feel knowing a
concern was raised 6 weeks ago and a citizen had to rise to this level of
agitation before any act of substance was was taken by the Board, of if you
will, before it was even presented to the Board?
