FACTS IDEAS ISSUES STUDIED

The man is sitting
while observing a
piece of puzzle in his
hands.

The man believe only
one piece of puzzle is
extracted out of his
mind.

The man is creating a solution to
identify how to reach his goal.

The man identified the solution
that he is thinking is going to be
successful if he identified any
opportunity from that.

Principles of Critical Thinking

1. Critical thinking can foster the teamwork in the workplace. The
entire workplace can get involved in the critical thinking. The
more people that are involved, the more solutions the company
will come up with. A diverse workplace can benefit immensely
from critical thinking.

The man has several
numbers of pieces of
puzzle in his brain.

The man is observing
what to use with the
one piece of puzzle in
his hand.

The man did not
realize he has so
many puzzle pieces in
his head.

The man not used the
rest of the puzzle
pieces in his head.

The man did not take
an opportunity to
extract out those
pieces of puzzle in his
The man should learn new skills
to improve the way of thinking
which is much stable by using
left and rights brain sides.

He needs to struggle to identify
the rest of brain function that
can help him generate new ideas
to help survive on his track.

Think outside the box.

From a tap of small idea and try
to transform it into bigger/
wider scope leading to any kind
of solution.

What influence a man to create
an idea from a piece of puzzle?

Observe and interpret the idea
within the facts to come out
2. Besides that, critical thinking also brings the ideas to solve the
problem. When an issue comes up in the workplace, a common
reaction is to assume that it falls into a predetermined category.
Critical thinking does not make any assumptions, and using the
process of critical thinking in the workplace removes the
temptation to immediately classify every issue under something
that has happened in the past.

3. It observed critical thinking involve the use of both left and
right side of brain. The right brain is conducting art, music,
imagination and so forth. This could be used to balance the
thinking. Furthermore, the left side of the brain is used to work
on language, calculation and so forth. This could also be used
to stabilize the brain function. Through this, both sides of your
brain will be used in reaching all the possibilities.

4. Moreover, creativity exists from the alpha condition of the
brain. Train the alpha condition to generate new creative
ideas.

5. There are some features of critical thinking which can be brief
as follows:
brain for his own
advantages.

From the picture, we
can see that critical
thinking can be
defined as think out of
box.

People who have
critical thinking can
obtain the richness.

Quality of life is come
from quality of
thinking.

The man is like to
have many ideas but,
all the ideas are being
isolated just like a
shape of puzzle.
with the new solution or
conclusion.

Need to open minded (accept
other who gave ideas, discuss
and ramp up the idea to find the
solution) give and take.

We need to expand our small
ideas into a big business.

We should not focus on just one
thing.

Not easy to continue to receive, consider the pros and
cons of a matter before
Think deeply & give serious consideration of an idea
Involves three types of mental activity: analysis,
interpretation & evaluation to achieve strong conclusion
Areas preferred: submission, ways to give reasons to
support/oppose an opinion
Is reactive, assessment, analysis and logic

Tools for Critical Thinking

1. Critical thinking can be obtained by reading a lot of
information from many sources like books, journals, internet
sources and many more. Some of the ways to maximize
creative and critical thinking can be describe briefly as follows:

Venture into existence
Looked far away
Think outside your box
Imagine in cartoon world
Hardship and never surrender
Positive

Expand ideas.

Getting enough
information is
important but
checking whether the
fact is fulfilling the
criteria of how to
effectively thinking
critically.

Quality: Must have
enough facts to before
you are jumping into
a conclusion.

Loyalty and sacrifices
Dare to take risk

2. There are some other tools that can be used to ensure people to
realize their ability in critical and creative thinking:

They can view live images from every corner of the world
and talk with or exchange video images with other young
people who live many time zones away.

They have more technology in their classrooms (and in
many cases, in their backpacks) than existed in the
workplaces of their parents 20 years ago.

They will study subjects that were unknown when their
teachers and parents were students, and they may well enter
careers that do not exist today.

In contrast with most of their parents, more of today's young
people will routinely come into contact with other people of
diverse backgrounds and experiences. They will grow up to
interact, collaborate, and compete with others around the
globe.

how to evaluate, differentiate & to question whether
something is right/wrong with looking at the reasons put

Action Plan:

1. How Alpha Mind Power Works

Fortunately, childhood subconscious programming can be remedied through use of alpha mind power. Alpha refers to a state in which
brain waves run at a slightly lower frequency level than the fully alert state. This alpha state gives direct access to the subconscious
mind and it naturally happens to us when we are daydreaming, watching a movie, and sometimes when listening to music. Advertisers
know this which is why TV and radio programs are broken into short segments followed by ads which affect those watching and
listening at a subconscious level. Alpha state is also attained deliberately through relaxation and visualization techniques. Just think of
what this means. Through using alpha mind power access to our subconscious mind can positively program our subconscious to work
for us rather than against us.

2. CoRT Thinking Tool: PMI

P = Plus; The good things about an idea - why we like it.
M = Minus; The bad things about an idea - why we do not like it
I = Interest; What we find interesting about an idea.

Instead of just saying that we like an idea, or do not like an idea, we can use a PMI. When we use a PMI we give the good points first,
then the bad points and then the points than are neither good nor bad but are interesting. We can use a PMI as a way of treating ideas,
suggestions and proposals. It is important because our minds are not designed to be broad. Once we are seized by an idea we like very
much, our minds are least likely to see the minus of that idea. The same goes when we dislike an idea. Our minds are not designed
to look at what is good about the idea we initially dislike. PMI provides the child the tool to look at something broadly
notwithstanding his or her initial emotional reaction before making a decision. PMI is the skill of looking at things broadly and, if
internalized early on, is a cure to tunnel vision and narrow thinking.
