KitchenAid Mixer GWP: KitchenAid Grinder Back Order Fulfilment

KitchenAid USA encountered a strike recently and this has impacted the production of the premium KitchenAid Food Grinder.
The shipment that was originally supposed to arrive by end of J une 2014 will now be landing by end of J uly 2014. Back order
fulfilment will commence upon arrival of these stocks. KitchenAid USA extends its sincere apologies for the delay and any
inconveniences caused.
Back Order Fulfilment for 2 sets of 4-piece Ezy-Lock Containers (GWP with Noxxa
Electric Multifunction Pressure Cooker)

Due to overwhelming demand for Noxxa Pressure Cooker promotion in J une, the GWP premium is TNA. A reorder was

Orders not paid by the cut-off time/date will be cancelled and its corresponding PV/BV will subsequently be cancelled and

Of late, we have many orders which had been paid but not collected from our RDC/warehouse. Some of these orders were
left in our RDC for many weeks.

These has created space management challenge for our RDCs. Kindly inform your Distributors organisation to collect their
orders/products immediately upon payment of orders.

We shall keep these orders/products for 7 calendar days (from the date of order) after which we shall put the stock back into
our Inventory. Your orders will be cancelled and PV/BV adjusted. Refund of your paid orders will be made via Bonus in the
following month.

This new payment mode, available from mid-July onwards, will make it easier for you to conduct your
AMWAY business online. Read on to find out more.

What is ePayment Gateway?
ePayment Gateway is an e-commerce application service provider that authorises credit card payments for
e-businesses. (e.g.: Amway.my payment transactions).

Payment using this mode will allow direct access to your credit card bank for immediate transaction.

Q: I am the Ordering Distributor. I want to volume down the order to my downline Distributor and want to use his
card for payment. Is this possible?
A: The ePayment Gateway shall recognise a valid Visa/MasterCard. If you are the Ordering Distributor, we suggest
to use your personal Visa/MasterCard for transaction.

Q: I want to make an online Pick-up order and volume down to my downline Distributor. However, credit card
payment is to be paid by my Volume Distributor. My Volume Distributor will come and pay by his/her credit card.
A: For this case, do not select ePayment Gateway for direct card debiting. Select other payment mode (cash/
cheque). When downline Distributor comes to the counter, he/she can present his/her Visa/MasterCard for card
transaction.

Q: Previously, when I made an online Pick-up order and select card transaction as mode of payment, I still need to
present my Visa/MasterCard to be swiped at the counter. Do I still need to do that?
A: Now your Visa/Mastercard will be charged immediately after completion of order. You will not need to present
your Visa/MasterCard again. J ust come to the counter to obtain your order receipt for collection of products.
However, for identification purposes, you will need to present your ADA card.

Q: Now that the ePayment Gateway can immediately debit my Visa/MasterCard, and I do not need to present my
Visa/MasterCard at the counter; can I send my representative to collect products on my behalf?
A: For security reasons, please present a letter of authorisation for your representative to collect your products on
your behalf.
Q: I have submitted my delivery order and paid with ePayment Gateway. Can I request for a change to another
payment mode?
A: Once your order is submitted and ePayment Gateway Visa/MasterCard transaction is successful, your order
amount is immediately debited from your card account. No further changes can be done.

Q: Can I use ePayment Gateway method for ZIPP orders?
A: No. ZIPP orders are not supported by this mode of payment. You are still required to register your Visa/
MasterCard and documentation with our AMWAY office/shop.

Q: Now with ePayment Gateway, how do I proceed with my online ZIPP orders?
A: ZIPP ordering is not supported by the ePayment Gateway. Therefore:
a) Ensure that you have registered your credit card with AMWAY
b) Select stored credit card as mode of payment
c) Complete order

Q: Can I use ePayment Gateway for my EPP orders?
A: EPP orders and payment can only be made via stored Visa/MasterCard.
Step 1: Locate your order at Order History
Step 2: At the Order Detail page, click on the Edit Payment Type to change the payment method
Step 3: Click on Make Payment Now to effect your payment for this order


Q: I have registered my Visa/MasterCard with the company a few months ago. I do not want to use the ePayment
Gateway for my orders. Can I select the normal stored credit card transaction for my delivery orders?
A: ePayment Gateway will replace all your stored credit card payment mode except for EPP and ZIPP Orders.

Q: I have made an online order and successfully charged my Visa/MasterCard. Due to an error, I wish to cancel the
order. Is this possible?
A: This is not possible as your Visa/MasterCard would have already been debited and the order amount finalised.
No changes can be made to reverse the payment.
Q: I made an online delivery order. I selected cheque on delivery (COD) for my order payment. Can I go back to the
order and change payment method to Visa/MasterCard. How do I go about it?
A: Yes, this can be done.
Step 1: Locate your order at Order History
Step 2: At the Order Detail page, click on the Edit Payment Type to change the payment method
Step 3: Click on Make Payment Now to effect your payment for this order

Note: The option is available for delivery orders. However, we do not recommend changes in the mode of payment
after order confirmation as it may cause confusion especially with the local delivery vendors (collecting cheques on
delivery).

Q: I have successfully paid by card and completed my online order. Can I change to e-banking or other modes of
payment?
A: No. You cannot change to other modes of payment if you had successfully transacted your card payment. Once
you have paid via ePayment Gateway, the system shall immediately automatically debit from your card bank
account.

Q: Upon completion of my order, I selected ePayment Gateway for card transaction and the transaction failed. Will
my order be accepted?
A: Possible reasons for card transaction failure:
a. Invalid credit card details
b. Exceed limit (please check with your bank)

To attempt again:
Step 1: Locate your order at Order History
Step 2: At the Order Detail page, click on the Edit Payment Type to change the payment method
Step 3: Click on Make Payment Now to effect your payment for this order.

Note: Your order will be accepted with PV/BV credited to your account. However, your order shall be ON HOLD
subject to payment within two days. Order will only be released upon successful payment. No payment received
within two days will result in order cancellation and PV/BV adjustment. Your ordering facility shall be suspended.
An administrative fee of RM25 shall be levied for the uplifting of your ordering facility.

Q: What types of cards can be used for ePayment Gateway?
A: Visa and MasterCard.
Q: For online order using this payment method, can I pay partial amount by Visa/MasterCard and partial amount by
other mode of payment?
A: No, just like online or e-banking, the total amount of the order will be automated in the pop-up screen. It shall be
the total amount of the order (after deducting credit vouchers, if any).

Q: What types of payment facilities are supported via ePayment Gateway?
A: >Online orders
>Njoy orders
>ITCCAS (renewals)

Note: Events and workshops are not supported by this mode of payment.

Q How do I continue my AMWAY Distributorship and
AMAGRAM Subscription?
A You can send by post or walk-in, online submission
via www.amway.my or auto-ITCCAS using credit
card.
Q What added value do I get with the Digital eLibrary?
A For a start, you are able to access the monthly
AMAGRAM in all available languages without
any dependence on the postal mailing service.
In addition, the eLibrary is also loaded with the
digital copies of the AMWAY price list, catalogues
and a variety of Business Support Materials that will
be regularly updated. You will literally have access
to all AMWAY communications materials anytime,
anywhere!
Q What devices can I access the eLibrary on?
A As the eLibrary is developed as an app, you will
need to have an iPad (normal or mini) or any Android
tablet to access the eLibrary.
Q I have subscribed to the printed AMAGRAM for the
year and I would like to switch to the Digital eLibrary.
Can I switch halfway?
A Unfortunately the subscription is on an annual
basis, therefore you will not be able to change your
subscription options halfway. However, you can
still access the Digital eLibrary by just topping up
RM20.00*.

* Note that the top-up will expire as per your AMWAY
Distributorship regardless of when you top-up. For
example, if your AMWAY Distributorship of printed
AMAGRAM subscription expires in August 2015 and you
top-up RM20.00 for eLibrary access in April 2015, your
eLibrary access will also expire in August 2015 together
with your AMWAY Distributorship.
Q I have subscribed to the Digital eLibrary for the
year and I would like to change to the printed
AMAGRAM. Am I able to change halfway?
A Unfortunately the subscription is on an annual
basis, therefore you will not be able to change your
subscription options halfway. However, you can
still purchase the printed AMAGRAM from us on a
monthly basis until you change your subscription
option in your next ITCCAS.
Q If I continue early, do I get immediate access to the
printed AMAGRAM or Digital eLibrary?
A You will not be able to access immediately as the
ITCCAS continual is only effective in accordance to
your AMWAY Distributorship anniversary date.
