USERS' MANUAL FOR URC2002-P
I General Description
The universal remote controller of URC2002-P is a new
model of multifunctional remote control for European
Market.It features:
1.7DeviceBanks:TVI,TV2,VCRI,VCR2,SAT/CABLE,CABLE/S
ATandAUX.
2.3 Operating Modes:Set-up Mode,Quick Search Mode and
Display Mode.
3.Transmission and Set-up indicating LED.
11 Operating Process
l.Set Up Devices
According to the brand code in the attached Device Code
List, find out the code of the code of the device that you
want to control, then follow steps as below:
l).Press the [SET] key and hold it. Ten press the device key
that you want to control,such as
[TVI],[TV2],[VCRl]or[ALX]. etc.
2).The LED will be on at the moment. Release the pressed
keys.
3)Enter in the 3-digit Device Code.
4).1f the entered Device Code is corect.the LED will be off
automatically,If the entered Code is incorect, the LED will
blink twice and keeps being at setup mode (being on).Then
pis peturn to Step 3).
5).Try if keys on Remote Contol work or not.If most keys
work improperly,please tr; other code in the same
brand,repeat stepl )-5)till you feel the main keys work well
enoug\.
Note: In the process of setup .if you want to setup work,

pls pres device key .(If no key pressed in 10 seconds,the
remote control will leave setup mode automatically.)
2.Quick Search
Afer you have set up several times the device you want to
control, it still does not work(i.e.the device still cannot be
controlled by URC22), or you cannot fnd the correct code
in the Deivce Code List, you can use Quick Seach function
to find out the corect code. When URC22 has entered into
Search Mode, the preset search direction is Forward Search
and Backwad Search during search process.
1 ).Power on the device you want to control. If it is a VCR,it
must be inserted with a tape.
2).Press and hold [SET]kcy. In the meantime, press the
Device Key that you want to control, such
as[TVl ],[VCR2]etc.
3).the LED will be on at the moment. Release the the
pressed keys . .
4).Press the [SET]key again and release it ,Now the
URC-22 unit enters into Quick Search Mode and the LED
keeps fashing.

5)Point the URC22 unit to the device and
press[POWER]key.if it's VCRAUX, yo can press
either[POWER]key or [PLAY] key. See if the device work
or not(power off or play).If the device works, tur to
step6).1f not, repeat step 5).
6).Then check if other keys such as[CH+/-],lVOL+/-]???
Can function properly(i,e.if the device can be controlled). lf
not, retur to step 5).
7).Some devices react slowly to [POWER]signal In search
process, you can press [SET] key to switch

between ForardBackward Search to change search
direction and find the right code quickly.
8).Whenever you can to leave Search Mode, press Device
Key, and the LED will be off.
Note:In Search Mode, besides [POWER] key [POWER]key
and [POWER]key in the case of VCR/AUX),all other keys
can be checked function normally. That means you can test
other keys without leaving Search Mode. The URC22 unit
will leave Search Mode if no key is pressed for 30seconds.
3. Auto Search
1 )Power on the device you want to contol, If it is a VCR, it
must be in serted with a tape.
2)Press and hold[SET]key. In the meantime, press and hold
[POWER]key for more than 3 seconds and the auto search
will begin.
3)Press any key to exit.
4. Brand Code Display
The Control Code is a 3-digit number and the URC22 unit
can make all the 3 digits display.
l).Press ad hold the [SET]key,in the mean time press the
digit that you want to display.such as 1,2and 3.
2).Release the [SET]key.
3).Count te time the LED blinks,and the blinkng time is
the digit.lf there i' ro blink.the digit is zero.
S.Remark:
Please do no pre's ay keys when replacing batteries to
avoid missing 5e:-tp .c..

I Opsti opis
Univerzalni daljinsk upravljac URC2002-P je novi model
multifunkcionalnog daljinskog upravljaca a Evropsko
trziste.
Omogucava:
l.Kontrolu 7 uredaja: TVl,TV2,VCRl,VCR2,SAT/CABLE,
IAUX.
2.3 nivoa operacije: instalaciju, brzo pretrazivanje,
ocitavanje.
3.Proveru pomocu signalne lampice za slanje signala
instalaciju.
II Nacin koriscenja
l.Instalacija
U zavisnosti od marke vaseg uredaja, nadjite sifru tog
uredaja u spisku koji je prilozen. Potom sledite korake:
l)Pritisnite 'SET' dugme I drzite ga. Zatim pritisnite dugme
ispod imena uredaja na koji instalirate upravljac(TVl ili
VCR2 ... )
2)Signalna lampica ce se upaliti. Pustite pritisnutu dugmad.
3)Unesite trocifrenu sifru uredaja.
4 )Ako je sifra korektna, lampica ce se automatski iskljuciti.
A ako je uneta sifra pogresna, lampica ce zasvetleti dva puta
i nastaviti da gmi(ocekujuci unosenje prave sifre),u kom
slucaju se treba vratiti na korak br. 3.
5)Probajte vas novi upravljac, I ako sve komande ne rade na
vasem uredaju molimo da potrazite druge sifre u listi za
marku koju koristite. Potom ponovite ovih pet koraka.
Dok sve komande sa novog upravljaca ne prorade.

Vazno:Ako, u procesu instalacije, pozelite da ga prekinete,
molimo da pririsnete dugme za uredaj koji ste hteli da
sifrujete. Ako nijedno dugme nije pritisnuto 10 sekundi,
daljinski upravlac ce napustiti process instalacije
automatski.
2.Brzo pretrazivanje
Ako ste vec nekoliko puta postavili uredaj kojim zelite da
upravlate u memoriju upravlju upravljaca, a on I dalje ne
odgovara komandama, ili ne mozete da ponadere tacnu sifru
u spisku, mozete iskoristiti brzo pretraziYanje da bi dosli do
prave sifre. Kada je URC22 dato da pretrazuje. in ce krenuti
sa pretrazivanjem unapred, ali vi mozete iskoristiti 'SET'
dugme da bi pretrazivai I unazad po skali.
l)Ukljucite uredaj koji se memorse. Ako je VCR, traka
treba biti ubacena.
2)Pritisnite I drzite 'SET' dugme. l. reduvremenu pritisnite
dugme za uredaj koji zelite kontrolisatit TV,VCR, ... ).
3)Signalna lampica ce se upaliti. Pustite pritisnutu dugmad.
4)Pritisnite ponovo 'SET' dugme I pustite. Sada URC22
ulazi u brzo pretrazivanje I sigalna lampica trepce.
5)Uperite URC22 prema uredau I -tisnite 'POWER'. Ako
je uredaj VCR ili AUX mofzete prtisnuti I 'PLA Y'. Ako ga
upravljac iskljuci ili traka kene. Pedjite na sledeci korak.
Ako ne, ponovite korak br...
6)Proverite da li ostaa dugmad uprav]jaca rade kako treba
(CH+/- VCL+/-).AKO ne rde. uatire se na korak br.5.
N e ki uredaji sporo reaguj u na sigaJ koji salje 'POWER'.
Tokom pretrazivanja mozete pritiskom na 'SET' promeniti
pravac pretrazivanja da bi pronasli trazenu sifru brze.

7)Kada god zelite da preknete pretrazivanje, ptitisnite

dugme za dati uredaj i signalna lampica ce se ugasiti.
Vazno:Tokom pretrazivanja, sve ostae komande, pored
'POWER'i'PLAY', mozete testirati, a da ne napustite
process. Pretrazivanje ce prestati ako nijedno dugme nie
pritisnuto 30 sekundi.
3 .Auto pretrazivanje
l)Ukljucite uredaj koji se memorise. Ako je VCR, traka
treba biti ubacena.
2)Pritisnite I drzite 'SET' dugme. U meduvremenu pritisnite
dugme za uredaj koji zelite kontrolisati(TV,VCR) i drzitte
ga duze od tri sekunde I auto pretrazivanje ce poceti.
3)Prtisnite bilo koje drugo dugme za prestanak.
4.0citavanje sifre za marku
Kontrolna sufra uredaja je trocifreni btoj koji se moze
ocitati na URC2002-P.
l)Pritisnite i drzite 'SET', i u meduvremenu prtisnite cifr
koju zelite da saznate(l,2 ili 3).
2)Pustit 'SET'.
3 )lzbrojte koliko p u ta je lampica zasvetlela, i to je cifra sifre.
Ako ne sveli, cifra je nula.
5.Napomena
Nemojte pritiskati nista dok menjate baterju kako bi izbegli
gubijen je memorisanih podataka ..
