Phase 1 Renovation Construction Punchlist

Below is a list of items with photos, for description specific purposes that require attention.
1. Where the new panels were installed gouges appear at the drywall. Patch and paint are
required.

It was noted that some of these scratches remained as it from previous work. When the
project was originally walked wasn’t there any discussion regarding finishing out these areas
that are less than acceptable? If not, in the future, we need to insure we are including misc
patching and painting in projects where finishes are lacking an acceptable standard. For
instance see below, these areas are both in reception and are seen by members right upon
entry.

2. At reception we have a few panels where laminate was cut short and does not finish at or
tight below the granite.

3. There appears to be a film or oil substance causing the wood to spot badly though-out.
Please review face and clean. These are pictures show some areas at the reception desk

Same condition appears in the women’s room. Please also verify the men’s room as I only
had limited time in there.

4. Men’s mirrors are missing the vertical mirror frames all locations

5. Review seaming of panels are restrooms. This photo is from the women’s change room
over the lavs.

6. Where the existing door and wall were removed at Production, we have base that was not
re-attached properly at the wall.

7. We need to review a possible light diamond grin or bead blast at the existing door
locations and perhaps a refinishing of the sealer that was used. It will not make it go
away, but we should attempt to make it better.
