Philippians 4:13

I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGHTHENS ME

In this dictum, who is Jesus Christ? How powerful is He? How can an individual believe to help him/her
through Christ power?
Jesus Christ base on religious beliefs founded Christianity and His life and teachings are recorded in the Holy
Bibles New Testament. According to the Holy Bible, Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God. He was
conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, He is the awaited Messiah of the Old Testament. Many books and
verses in the Bible revealed that all His teaching were all the messages of God the Father, one of this is from the
Book of John 3:34: "He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure." In
John 7:16 Jesus says, "My teaching is not mine but his who sent me." He asserts the same thing in John 14:10: "Do
you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on
my own; but the Father who dwells in me does his works. Jesus promises inclusion in the Kingdom of Heaven for
those who accept his message and He calls people to repent their sins and to devote themselves completely to
God.He performed miracles like cleansing and healed lepers, He even raised dead person, he walked in the water,
turning few pieces of bread into abundant supply of food for His followers and most specially believed to be the
Savior of mankind from perishing. He was crucified, died, resurrected and ascended into heaven and believe to
return again to fulfill the prophecy on which according to the Book of Revelation is the end of the world. Its
Apostle Paul, one of Jesus Christs Apostles who said this dictum, during the time that he was imprisoned in
Rome, he endured hardships just to spread the Word of God. Paul gladly accepted all the risks, challenges and
hardship because he strongly have faith that Jesus Christ will always be there and give him all the strength he
needed to surpass all circumstances.
I affirmatively believe in this dictum because I believe in Divine Providence, based on the Holy Bible Jesus
Christ is our Lord and Savior and whoever believed on Him shall not perish but have eternal life. As a follower of
Christ, I am confident that whatever circumstances I will encounter the Lord Jesus Christ will lift me up and give
me strength to endure it.
