It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Amanda Hausauer. Amanda is an
employee whose work ethic and dedication to those she serves go unmatched. Amanda is highly respected by
administration, staff and co-workers for her contributions to students at CHS and to the greater school
community as a whole. I will add that this is heady praise as Amandas primary teaching responsibility has
been that of guest teacher at CHS.

Amanda is a highly motivated employee. This has been evident through my professional contact with Amanda
in my role as Principal. I know Amanda to be a well-educated instructor who places high value in utilizing best
practices when interacting with students on her caseload. Amanda thrives on continuing to improve at her craft
and constantly seeks out professional development opportunities which improve the high standards she sets for
herself as an educator. Amanda has been very supportive of district initiatives during her time at CHS, working
hard to incorporate them into her daily practice. She is extremely knowledgeable and brings with her a wealth
of experience having had multiple job duties and descriptions during her career. Amanda does not have to
participate in building and district professional development, though consciously chooses to in order to improve
as an educator.

Amanda has worn many hats during her time at CHS. As a guest teacher, Amanda has been highly sought in
all our instructors classrooms. This is evident from the amount of requests Amanda receives for long-term
positions. As educators, we know hoe difficult it can be to leave your classroom and students for an extended
period of time. To date, Amanda has done three long-term guest teaching assignments at CHS for which she
has received high praise. As a guest teacher in the building Amanda has had the unique ability to ingratiate
herself into the school community as well as into the hearts of our students. She has worked with our LEAD
(student leadership) program, taught Co-Taught courses, taught out of her subject area and organized and
supervised after school activities on both small and large scaleseven when she didnt have to. Her work ethic
and dedication are truly amazing!

Amanda is a highly motivated employee, which I believe is a direct result of her character as an individual. She
is a true team player who thrives in a team-centered environment, but at the same time is eager to take on
leadership roles, try new initiatives and jump in feet first when asked. Amanda Hausauer has proven to be a
true asset to our school community, a terrific role model, and a great person! I consider myself very fortunate to
have worked with her. Were a position to open at CHS I would not hesitate to hire Amanda.
