Procedure for Creating Job Order with WBS element:
Material Master:
Following Sales views to be extended:
A. Sales: Sale Org. 1
Division 20 (Services)
B. Sales: Sale Org. 2
Matl Statics grp. 1 (Statics relevant)
Account Assignment Group 20 (Services)
Gen. Item Cat.grp. NORM (Standard Item)
Item category group NORM (Standard Item)
C. Sales General/Plant
Trans Grp -0001
Loading Grp -0001


Sale Order:
Create Sale Order with document type ZJOB (FPE Job Order w/o declaration)
Following fields in sale Order to be changed manually:
Item Category ZSTD (Project Standard)
This item category will allow user to enter WBS element in WBS Element field. User can still
save Sale order without WBS element but system will not allow to create billing document
without WBS element.
Procedure for attaching material to Project Structure:
Material with Job order to be attached to WBS element of manufacturing Plant.
Bill of material to be created for material Job Order.
Example: 120932501B1 (Job Order)
Create non valuated material NV120932501B1
Create billing of material for 120932501B1 with child item as NV120932501B1.
