Pre-fabricated metal connector which will be driven to
vertical wood support/post, where horizontal members
can be attached to for the roofing.
Factory rolled, cut, and punched steel
frame system, which will be delivered to
the project site and assembled easily
through rivet connectors.
One whole kit will include all steel framing, roofing sheets and wall
cladding, which will be delivered in a 1.00x3.60x0.25 meter plywood
box. The plywood box itself will be used as the flooring for the
structure. The whole kit can be carried by 6 able bodied people.
Everything is riveted on-site, no drill or cutting tools needed. The
whole structure can be assembled within 6 hours up to the roof
frames.
The structure can be disassembled and transported for relocation. It is a
temporary structure which can be converted to a permanent structure,
and the units can be configured to become a row house, gable
structure, or any adaptable structure depending on the needs of the
users and occupants.
