EiffelpexApplications Terms & Conditions

1. Usage
The Eiffelpex Application (referred to as EA in this body) is provided to specific
metropolitan areas for users completely free and as is. There is no account, or user sign in
required in order for users to fully utilize the mobile software to its full potential. It is required
that if you intend to use software by Eiffelpex, that you fully read the terms & conditions
provided to you on behalf of Eiffelpex. By simply using the EA, you agree to all of the conditions
imposed in these terms . Do not use the EA if you do not agree to terms and conditions . If you
are between the ages of 13 to 17, review the terms with a parent/ guardian, furthermore; if you
are under the age of 13 you are prohibited to access without parents consent. If the class
action waiver set forth herein, or an provision of these terms & conditions, are found to be illegal
or unenforceable as to all or some aspects of a dispute, then that section will be severed and
proceed in a court of law (or amended upon agreement), with the remainder of the terms and
conditions in full force and effect.

2. Eiffelpex Team

(a) Terms. We can modify these terms as we deem necessary with or without an update to the
mobile application. Bookmark this page so that you can always have easy access to this page
because we reserve the right to modify these terms with or without notice at any time. Check
this bookmarked page in your browser regularly!
(b) The EA. We hope you use this service provided to you as much as possible. Whether you
choose to view/ listen to media in a car, party, or with headphones, know that we are hard at
work to provide the best service to you. Keep in mind that their is no tailored experience per
user. We provide no guarantee that the results of your use of EA will be accurate, reliable, or
uninterrupted. If you lose a data connection you will not be able to view content from our servers
outside of your cached content. Glitches or other ui bugs may occur. Do not take the chance
and embarrass yourself by streaming content publicly that may not be suitable for the occasion.
(c) Filtering of Explicit Content. We take the time to review then accept or deny each file that
is submitted to us before we make it public for you to see. By submitting your work to us, you
are allowing our team to make a conclusion of your file. Our team is built with people with
different point of views and varying taste of styles for all of the media we provide. At times,
there may be content that will be shared through the EA that we will label with ec after the title.
This is for you to know that the media contains explicit content and the listeners/ viewers
discretion is advised. We nag our submitters to give us an edited version specifically for you in
the case that you dont want the ec version of the content. If you see ev, then, if possible, there
will be an ev (edited version) under the same category.
(d) Privacy. We offer full transparency to the public about our operations and milestones within
Eiffelpex. See our Transparency Report Page (link).

3. You

(a) How To Use EA. The media in the EA is provided to you to listen for free. You may be
presented an advertisement from a business in your local area before viewing certain content,
and will most likely be presented an advertisement before a download link will become
available. Certain content will not be downloadable as we will honor the rights that artist have
over their intellectual property. Once you download content from the EA, you are licensed to use
the media for personal use as long as you have the EA installed on your device. Unauthorized
duplication of content and distribution without the written consent of the Eiffelpex team is
prohibited.
(b) Explicit Content. The EA is not designed for use by children under the age of 13. Because
EA may provide access to music or other content that contains strong language, depictions of
violence or sex, or may not be suitable for all occasions, parental discretion is advised.
(c) Local. Forwarding a sideloadable apk, ipa file, or hyperlink to the aforementioned,
addressed to a recipient outside of metropolitan areas not partner shipped with Eiffelpex is
prohibited. Doing so has the possibility to jeopardize the stability of the strategy of your local
media development team.

4. AGREEMENT
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND
IT AND ARE BOUND BY ITS TERMS & CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATE OF
THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOURSELF AND EIFFELPEX AND THAT IS SUPERSEDES
ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, RELATING TO THE
SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
