ACF-USA is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organisation. It was
established in France in 1979.

ACF-USA opened a logistics centre based in Nairobi in 2008 to act as its international
procurement centre. For the year 2014 and 2015, it intends to award framework agreement(s)
for the supply of communication equipment (HF, VHF, and Satellite) and satellite
communication plans to ACF-USA missions in Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda, Pakistan, Nigeria
and DRC.
