Argument: Whether or not Ronald Allan (FPJ) Poe is a Filipino citizen?

Categorical
That by virtue of the Philippine Bill of 1902, an En masse Filipinization took effect, making all
inhabitants of the Philippine Islands and their children born subsequently thereto shall be
deemed citizens of the Philippines.
That Lorenzo Poe, who is presumed to be a resident of Pangasinan had a son and a grandson
named Allan and Ronald Allan (FPJ) respectively, acquired his Filipino citizenship by virtue of
En masse Filipinization.
Therefore, Ronald Allan (FPJ) Kelley Poe is also a Filipino citizen, extending such citizenship to
him by virtue of his grandfathers Filipinization and having been born of a Filipino citizenship
ancestry.

Hypothetical
If Lorenzo Poe benefited from the En masse Filipinization of the Philippine Bill of 1902 making
all the inhabitants of the Philippine Islands and their children born subsequently thereto citizens
of the Philippines, then his son, Allan Poe and his grandson, Ronald Allan FPJ Kelley Poe is
also a Filipino citizen.
But Lorenzo Poe benefited from the En masse Filipinization and acquired Filipino citizenship
which extends to his son, Allan Poe.
Therefore, Ronald Allan (FPJ) Poe, having been born from a Filipino father and a Filipino
grandfather, by virtue of Philippine Bill of 1902 is also a Filipno Citizen.
