CONSUMERS

1. Usage
The Eiffelpex Application (referred to as EA in this body) is provided to specific
metropolitan areas for users for a set price and as is. EA Paid services are only available to
subscribers with prepaid credited liable payments which are renewable each month. If you have
already agreed to EA Terms & Conditions, but dont agree to the Terms and Conditions (for
consumers) in this document, you can continue using the EA, free for general use. l. It is
required that if you intend to use software by Eiffelpex, that you fully read the terms & conditions
provided to you on behalf of Eiffelpex. By simply using the EA, you agree to all of the conditions
imposed in these terms . Do not use the EA if you do not agree to terms and conditions . If you
are between the ages of 13 to 17, review the terms with a parent/ guardian, furthermore; if you
are under the age of 13 you are prohibited from subscribing to EA paid services. If the class
action waiver set forth herein, or an provision of these terms & conditions, are found to be illegal
or unenforceable as to all or some aspects of a dispute, then that section will be severed and
proceed in a court of law (or amended upon agreement), with the remainder of the terms and
conditions in full force and effect.

2. Eiffelpex Team

(a) Terms. We can modify these terms as we deem necessary with or without an update to the
mobile application. Bookmark this page so that you can always have easy access to this page
because we reserve the right to modify these terms with or without notice at any time. Check
this bookmarked page in your browser regularly!
(b) The EA. We hope you use this service provided to you as much as possible. Whether you
choose to share with Eiffelpex using a desktop or mobile hardware (whether iOS or Android),
know that we are hard at work to provide the best redirection service to you. Keep in mind that
the tailored experience per subscriber is user moderated and not computer automated. We
provide no guarantee that the results of your use of EA will be accurate, reliable, or
uninterrupted. If you lose a data connection you will not be able to share content to our servers
regardless of your cached content. Glitches or other ui bugs may occur. Do not take the chance
and embarrass yourself by sharing content publicly that may not be suitable for the appropriate
audience.
(c) Filtering of Explicit Content. We take the time to review then accept or deny each file that
you submit to us before we make it available for the public to see. By submitting your work to
us, you are allowing our team to make a finalization of your file. Our team is built with people
with different point of views and varying taste of styles for all of the media we provide. At times,
there may be content that you will shared through the EA that we will label with ec after the
title. This is for you to know that the media you shared with us contains explicit content and the
listeners/ viewers discretion is advised. We will nag you and request that you give us an edited
version specifically for the public in the case that they dont want the ec version of the content. If
you see ev, then, if possible, please provide an ev (edited version) under the same category
with the same affiliation.
(d) Privacy. We offer full transparency to the public and to you, the consumer, about our
operations and milestones within Eiffelpex. See our Transparency Report Page (link at the
bottom).

3. Your Content

(a) How To Use EA. The media you provide to us is redirected to the public for a set price, but
EA is provided to the public to listen for free. (see the link pricing for details). Before viewing
certain file types of your content, users may be presented an advertisement from a business in
your local area, and will most likely be presented an advertisement before a download link of
your content will become available. Certain content will not be downloadable as we will honor
the rights that you have over your intellectual property. Once users download content from the
EA, we will license them to use the media for personal use, as long as the user has the EA
installed on their device. Unauthorized duplication of your content and distribution without the
written consent of the Eiffelpex team on your behalf is prohibited.
(b) Explicit Content. The EA is not designed for use by children under the age of 13. Because
EA may provide access to music or other content that contains strong language, depictions of
violence or sex, it may not be suitable for all occasions. Users may avoid listening to your
explicit content. Parental discretion is advised otherwise.
(c) Local. Forwarding a sideloadable apk of the EA, ipa file of the EA, or hyperlink to the
aforementioned, addressed to a recipient outside of metropolitan areas not partner shipped with
Eiffelpex is prohibited. Doing so has the possibility to jeopardize the stability of the strategy of
your local media development team.

4. SUBSCRIPTION

(a) Your Payment. Payment options will be indicated to you prior to your EA subscription . ALL
future subscribers shall have the same acceptances as a form of payment to EA paid services.
(b) Beta Period. All of Eiffelpex Partnerships paid services are completely free for two months
following October 17th, 2014.


4. AGREEMENT
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND
IT AND ARE BOUND BY ITS TERMS & CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE
THAT THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATE OF
THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOURSELF AND EIFFELPEX AND THAT IS SUPERSEDES
ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, RELATING TO THE
SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
