TurboPC EX
TurboPC EX optimizes transfer speeds for hard drives by caching data in your computer's RAM.
TurboPC EX works with the internal hard drives and in your computer, as well the Buffalo product that
it was packaged with. Other drives and devices may not benefit from TurboPC EX.
TurboPC EX works with 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 8, 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7, 32-bit and 64-bit
Vista, and 32-bit Windows XP. Other operating systems are not supported at this time.
Installing TurboPC EX will add TurboPC EX to the Device Name in Device Manager. With Windows XP
and Vista, TurboPC EX will also be added to the list of devices that can be removed. For example, if a
product is named USB Mass Storage Device, then it will be named USB Mass Storage Device (TurboPC
EX) after TurboPC EX is installed.
TurboPC EX uses a small amount of memory for each device that is installed. If insufficient memory is
available, reduce the number of installed devices.
If you have other transfer optimization software already installed on your PC, then TurboPC EX will
not be installed.
If your computer does not reboot properly after TurboPC EX is installed, there may not be enough
memory space left for your operating system. If your computer keeps rebooting, or if you get a BSOD
(blue screen of death) after the reboot, follow the steps below to uninstall TurboPC EX.

(1) Turn off your computer.

(2) Disconnect all Buffalo USB hard drives.

(3) Reboot your computer, then uninstall TurboPC EX.

(4) Reconnect the USB hard drives that you removed in step 2.

Uninstallation
The software can be uninstalled from within Control Panel.

wird TurboPC EX nicht installiert.
Wenn Ihr Computer nicht mehr normal hochfhrt, nachdem Sie nach der TurboPC-EX-Installation
neu gestartet haben, steht Ihrem Betriebssystem mglicherweise nicht mehr genug Arbeitsspeicher
zur Verfgung. Wenn Ihr Computer stndig neu startet oder Sie nach dem Neustart einen BSOD
(Bluescreen) erhalten, so folgen Sie den unten beschriebenen Schritten, um TurboPC EX zu
deinstallieren.
(1) Schalten Sie den Computer aus.
(2) Trennen Sie alle Buffalo-USB-Festplatten.
(3) Starten Sie den Computer neu, und deinstallieren Sie dann TurboPC EX.
(4) Schlieen Sie die USB-Festplatten, die Sie in Schritt 2 entfernt haben, erneut an.

Deinstallation

(3) Redmarrez votre ordinateur, puis dsinstallez TurboPC EX.
(4) Reconnectez les disques durs USB que vous avez retirs l'tape 2.

ou apresente um ecr azul aps o arranque, seguir os passos abaixo para desinstalar o TurboPC EX.
(1) Desligar o computador.

(2) Desligar todos os discos rgidos USB Buffalo.

(3) Ligar o computador e desinstalar o TurboPC EX.

(4) Voltar a ligar os discos rgidos USB removidos no passo 2.
