speciality chemical llp to manufacture PVC Flex by their executive chairman Mr.
Lalit k. Patel and Ankit patel together with their Managing Director Mr. Ambika
Prasad bin. As well as two their executive Mr. Ramesh Patel
and Rasik Patel

2.1 Introduction of HRM
Human resources management is that part of management which deals with the human
capital of the organization. It mainly includes recruitment, selection, training, and development of
the employees. This because the success of the organization depend upon the employees.
The human resources management can be defined as set of program function activities
which are defined and carried out in order to maximize the employees and the organization.
Human resources management is also a management function concerned with hiring,

The human resources planning has the main task of determining the number
and types people required in an organization. The function of HRM is divided in
two part viz, recruitment and selection. The recruitment is the continues process as
the employee levels the organization and the new employees are hired in their place
the recruitment involves the hiring of new men and woman.
It is the process of finding and attracting capable applicant for the
employments. It being with new recruit and submission of their application from
which the final candidate can be selected.

find that 37% employees giving priority to increasing working Hours due to

5 FINDINGS

34% employees are fresher.
Marketing department staff are very limited.
Many employees are dissatisfied with their work.
Supervisor is not more knowledgeable about employees work.
Many employees are feeling workload pressure.
Employees are not satisfied with their benefit package.
Most of employees are not satisfied with their retirement plan.
58% employees feeling that they have opportunity of Growth.

6. RECOMMENDATION
Company should provide training to their new employees.
Company should increase the marketing department staff for their best market
position.
Company should motivate their employees for their work .
Supervisor should stay more knowledgeable about employees work.

Company should work according to the expectation of employees.

Our project duration in 28 days.
Survey has sample size may not have been true representation of the entire
population and may not suggest a generalized view of the pvc Flex Banner
manufacturing industry.
There may not perfect information which is provided by the Customer of their
lack of time. In hurry the information may different from their perceptions.
