Thermally fixed polyester, UV-resistant ladder cord.

Tilt Privacy Blinds
Ideal's Privacy Blinds offer the convenience of adjustable light levels and privacy with the
touch of a finger. You'll never have to dust the blinds, and since they are internally mounted,
damage to the blinds from being used everyday is avoided. Minimal care is required and
your blinds remain smooth to run and trouble free, just as they were designed to be. And
because they are sealed within an insulated glass air-space, which can include LowE glass,
the thermal efficiency of your home is not compromised.
Tolerances
A space of approximately 1/8 is left on each side between the blind slats and insulated glass (I.G.) spacer to allow for free
movement of the system.
There is a tolerance for the height of the blind of +/- 3/8 and as a result, the traveling rail may sit on the I.G.s lower space bar
when lowered.
Because of the built-in tolerances in the operating mechanisms and the lack of adjustability within the I.G. unit, it is possible to
have some inconsistencies while raising and lowering the blind.
There is allowable tolerance for parallelism between the top rail and traveling rail of +/- 3/8.
Allowance must be made for ladder cord bunching above the traveling rail as the blind is raised.
During colder weather, the concave (inward bowing) of the glass panes may impede the blinds ability to be tilted or raised
and lowered
Warranty
Insulated Glass units with either Tilt Only Blinds or Lift & Tilt Privacy Blinds have a 10-Year Warranty.
The outer magnets operators have a 1-Year Warranty.
Notes
Casement screens must be removed to access the controls for Privacy Blinds.
The magnets which operate the blinds may become seperated resulting in an operator not working properly,
to correct this, slowly move the operator back and forth or up and down until they reconnect.

Lift &Tilt Privacy Blinds
The blind is controlled by two externally mounted assemblies, which are coupled to corre-
sponding internal magnetic assemblies. Moving the upper tilt operator to the left or right will
cause the blind slats to rotate from open to closed, effortlessly. Moving the side mounted
operator down will cause the blind to rise and moving it up will cause the blind to lower. Our
Lift & Tilt Privacy Blinds feature a 2:1 lift ratio. This feature allows the blinds to raise or lower
a distance of two inches for every inch of travel you move the slide operator.
