Mojo Media suggests to the US patent office that it is the rightful owner of the patent for user interface trick "tap-and-hold to record video", which was awarded to Snapchat in 2013. The document shows that Mojo Media had conceptualized and built a "reduction to practice" or working model of the smartphone app camera shutter button that can be tapped to shoot a photo and tapped and held to record a video before Snapchat filed for its patent.
