How to create the table


First, highlight the part of the spreadsheet that you want to use, then use Borders and
Shading, select All Borders.

Select Borders and Shading
From Home Tab, choose
All Borders to create
Desired table.



















Give example for mathematics formula using excel.
Math formulas in excel can either be auto summed or written by the user by adding = sign
to the box and inserting the equation manually.

Add the equals sign (=) into
The column.













Select the columns that
You want to total up and
The correct symbol

After that has been done, just press enter and your answer will be calculated automatically.

And now for auto sum;

Highlight the columns
That you want to add
Up together.











And then just press auto sum option on the right of the home tab

You will get the same result but faster.

You can also review the formula that you wrote or auto summed at formula bar located in-between
you spreadsheet and your home toolbar.





How to insert symbol RM with 2 decimal places?
To insert the RM symbol, first you must highlight the parts that you want to insert. (Same as
auto sum).










Then right-click your mouse and select format cells













Then in the number options, select currency and adjust to RM (Malaysia Ringgit) and the
decimal places to 2.


















And youre all done! The rest will be done automatically by excel.

From this, I have learned how to use mathematical formulae, auto summing, creating a table,
using symbols and currencies, merging and centre texts in cells in Excel.
