Student supply list: 3-ring binder, loose leaf paper, mechanical pencils and extra lead, graph paper, and scientific
calculator(Casio 115 ES Plus preferred).
Policies and Procedures
Students must take care of the textbooks. Do not write in them. Let me know if your book needs tape or glue.
Learners will need to take notes daily and keep up with them for help on quizzes, homework, and studying.
Your homework assignments are often from the textbook or workbook. L earners are to show work and circle the final
answers.
Homework and classwork will be graded based on effort. If it is complete and turned in on time, you will get 100%.
Students can use notes, warmups, and homework to complete their quizzes. Textbooks will not be used on quizzes.

Listen carefully and work quietly
Show respect for yourself and others
Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself

**Major offenses will go directly to the office.**
Grading Policy: Daily grades (25% Quizzes and HW/CW), Test grades (50%), 9 weeks test (25%)
Late Work Policy
All work should be done and turned in on time.
0s will not be accepted and must be redone during break detention.
Late work will lose 20% for every day that it is late. The lowest it will decrease to is a possible 60%.
It is the students responsibility to ask for and make-up any work missed within three school days of absence.
