I am writing you this letter to notify your company Garud Securities Pvt. Ltd. has
terminated for the supply of Security Guards for our company. We would like to inform
you that we are going to discontinue your security service from the date of 31

2071, 6 PM onwards because of some security reasons.
The decision of our company is final and there is no need for any further negotiations. All
dues shall be cleared until the above mentioned date in case all the conditions are met.
