    Log of Independent Reading

    All sixth grade students at Day Middle School are expected to read every day. We are assigning each student to read a
    minimum of 20 minutes each day, including week-ends.

    Please fill out this log each day, and carry it with you in your notebook in case we wish to see your log at school.
