How to copy flexView files

Stop the flexView program by clicking on X.

Open the Explorer by typing windows key +E on the keyboard


The Explorer window will open. First click on the disk (C:) icon and after that double
click on the folder flexView9520.


Find the folder IHI3261 and double-click on it. Below pictures are just examples.

There can be several files that end with the h5. We need only the last 3 with the
highest numbers. In this case these are 0002, 0003 and 0004. On the actual vessel the
number of these files is variable. Next file which is needed is
IHI3261-Failure.mdb.


Hold CTRL key and click on each of these 4 files. They should be now selected as
on the picture above. Release the CTRL key.


Right-click on top of a selected files and choose Copy.


Close the Explorer by clicking on X

Right-click on the windows desktop and choose Paste.




The files will be copied to the desktop. Select all 4 of them (by holding the CTRL +
click) and right-click on top of one of them. Choose WinZip and Add to Zip file...

The WinZip window will appear. Write the file name (for example flexView files)
and click on Add.


After completion click on OK and close the WinZip program by clicking on X.



Please send the resulting file flexView files.zip

The flexView program can be now restarted by double-click on the flexView icon.
