Basic Rules

(1) This is the dropbox to store official Loyola debate files. It is not a repos
itory for incomplete, camp, or irrelevant pet-project files.
(2) Save all finished files in read-only format. If you don't know how google it
.
(3) There are no personal folders. All personal folders and files should be stor
ed on your own Dropbox account.
(4) In round, copy the file to your own computer (e.g. desktop) BEFORE you use t
hem. This allows you to save it on your local computer without read only, and be
able to edit the files locally.
(5) The "Group Research" folder is for storing complete Articles/Books for other
s to cut as part of a group project. An incomplete temporary file may be stored
here as well.
(6) The "Flow" folder is for storing your flows, organized by Tournment. Save yo
ur flow "Team Name_#". For example, round 6 for Team Joe Jan would be "Loyola JJ
_6". Flows do not have to be stored read-only.
If you violate these rules, you will lose dropbox privileges.
