Click on wireless icon on taskbar and click on open Network and sharing Center


Click on Manage wireless network

Click on add

Click on manually create Network Profile

Next screen appears provide
Network name: As IIMB-Hostel, IIMB-Student, IIMB-Staff, IIMB-Faculty - based on the user group
Security: WPA2-Enterprise
Encryption Type: AES (windows 7), TKIP (windows 8) use AES if TKIP is not available in the dropdown



Click on Next and close
Go to Manage wireless network page high light the network created ex: IIMB-Student

Right click and go to properties


Go to Security Tab and select

Click on advanced settings


Check Specify authentication Method: as User Authentication and
Click on save credentials and
Type username: iimbnt\alias (Eg. iimbnt\abcdef14) and the corresponding password

Click ok and click on wireless icon on taskbar and connect to SSID to group which you belong to
ex: IIMB-Student or IIMB-Staff
If prompted, click on the Connect button

Click on the following URL https://iimb-ise-unit1.iimb.ernet.in:8443/mydevices/

Login using Active directory user name is iimbnt\<alias> (Eg. iimbnt\abcdef14) and password

To find MAC address of the device.
Go to run
Type cmd and enter
Type ipconfig /all
Choose the Wireless adapter Mac Address.

Enter the MAC address of the wireless adapter noted in the format in the Device ID Column

Click submit

Open the browser go to
http://logserver.iimb.ernet.in/ISE/nacagent-4.9.0.47-isebundle/nacagentsetup-win/CCAA/


Find the NACxxxx.MSI file And click to install

Click to Install NAC agent
Next Screen appears and clicks on Next


Accept the Agreement

Click next

NAC agent will installed and click on finish
