Spanish expressions for a Hispanic market.

Description of Teaching Strategy/Learning Activity
In order to create a practical tool that will allow students to practice, review
and apply learning, the class will create a bank of flashcards. As the Unit
progresses, students will be responsible for creating at least 3 flash cards
on useful Spanish expressions for a Hispanic market.

Classroom Implementation Procedures
1. Do now: In your notebook, answer the question:
1. What two expressions do people in your community,
culture or state use when they shop?
2. Students sign out a Chrome book and access the teacher-created
Flashcard exchange set
3. Students collaborate as a class to input new flashcards.
4. Teacher monitors students participation by documenting 3 student-
created flashcards.
5. Using the Eno Board, the class plays the Jewel review game to
practice the vocabulary.
