Class Overview
The goal of this class is to teach and assist you with the proper study tools and opportunities needed to be successful in
all of your classes. We will be learning different learning styles, note taking styles, test taking styles, and other factors
that make you a successful student. Each day we will start with some note taking, following notes you will hae class
time to do homework and to get any help you may need. ! will closely monitor how you are doing in all of your classes.
! will know when you are not doing your homework or are struggling in a certain area. "ur goal is to get you the help
you need to be successful in high school. We will also be looking at future career opportunities and the things you must
be successful with in order to reach your goals. This will help you reali#e the importance in school and will help you
with any future materials needed to help with your road to your future.
Expectations

minute absent bell rings.
'. Treat yourseles, your fellow students and your instructor with respect at all times.

read. !f you waste your time in this class, you will be withdrawn from it and you will be replaced by someone
that will utili#e their time.

6. &our music deice must be isible on your desk while in use. !f ! see you fiddling with it in your pocket, !

7. !f you need to go to another teacher9s classroom, you must bring a pass from a teacher to class.

homework.
