Analysis: Decrease in RBC count is affected by the chemotherapy drugs that cannot
identify normal from abnormal cells and destroys this. High MCV and RDW means that it
interconnects with RBC, there might be an increase in RBC size and early signs of vitamin
B12-deficiency; patient is taking ferrous sulfate before admission.
