SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOSEFINA M. DIMATULAC, married to RICHARD V. DIMATULAC, of legal age, with
residence and postal address at Brgy. Balagtasin II, San Jose, Batangas, do hereby APPOINT
RAUL RONALD M. HUSMILLO, single, likewise of legal age, with postal address at #20
Gabriel Street, Santolan, Pasig City as our true and legal representative to act for and in our
name and stead and to perform the following acts:

To claim/receive and sign for the release of the proceeds (be it in cash or by way of check, and in
the latter case, for her to encash the same as the case may be) of my contributions from PAG-
IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund), as evidenced by the Claims Acknowledgement
Receipt, dated April 22, 2014, hereto attached as Annex A.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to execute and perform
every act necessary to render effective the power to sell the foregoing properties, as though we
ourselves, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue
hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
